TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms

  1. If you commission me for an artwork, it is assumed that you have read my TOS and have agreed to the terms stated.

  2. I hold the right to the commissioned artworks.

  3. I may show your commissions on my social media accounts UNLESS you explicitly state otherwise. If you wish for me to not post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts, please do tell me ahead of time.

  4. Commissions CANNOT be used for commercial use.

  5. I have the right to deny commission requests.

Commission

  1. Artworks will only be started AFTER full payment has been received.

  2. Artworks may take around 2 days to 30 days depending on my free time. Please be patient.

  3. While I am pretty lenient in terms of revisions when a drawing is in-progress, revisions may not be made after an artwork has been deemed complete.

  4. I will be sending the final artwork in 2 forms: A watermarked .png file with and a non-watermarked .png file. A transparent background version may be opted for as well.

  5. Reposting the commissioned artwork is allowed as long as you properly credit me and link my social media accounts.

Payment & Refunds

  1. Prices are in USD.

  2. I currently only receive payments via PayPal. (Will be updated in the future.)

  3. Full refunds may only be made before confirming the sketch. Afterwards, only 15% refunds may be made before completion. Completed artworks CANNOT be refunded.

  4. In a case where I feel that I cannot complete your commission for any reason, you will be contacted and refunded accordingly.

  5. In a case where I cannot complete the artwork in 30 days, you may opt to be refunded fully or give me more time to finish the artwork.

PRICING & SAMPLES

  • The prices stated are the base prices. Prices may increase depending on the complexity (Extreme Details, Added Objects, etc.).

  • For artworks including multiple characters, each additional character will be priced as 50% of the set commission price.

  • Do note that I am not completely confident in drawing male characters as of yet.

When contacting me for a commission, do include the following information:
Commission Type (Bust Up, Half Body, etc.)
Drawing Ideas (Character Description, General Mood, etc.)
Reference Images (Character, Specific Pose if any, etc.)
Other Things to Be Noted
Email (For PayPal payment and receiving of the final artwork)

*I would appreciate if you could be as specific as possible so that I may fully understand what you want for the commissioned artwork!
*I live in the Philippines. Please do forgive me if I end up replying late due to timezone differences!
